Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules you must follow when using Mustmark Studio ("Mustmark", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, AI image generation services, and all related features available at:

By using Mustmark Studio, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Scope

Mustmark Studio is designed for lawful, professional, personal, and commercial use cases, specifically:

  • AI product scene generation
  • E-commerce and lifestyle product scene creation
  • Luxury and seasonal product scene creation
  • Personal branding and portfolio imagery
  • Background, lighting, and wardrobe style transformations

Any use outside this scope, or in violation of applicable laws or regulations, is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Content and Use Cases

You may not use Mustmark Studio to create, upload, process, or distribute any of the following content or for any of the following purposes:

3.1 Fraud, Impersonation, and Deception

  • Creating fraudulent identity materials, including fake IDs, passports, or government documents
  • Impersonating another real person without their explicit written consent
  • Creating misleading professional profiles, fake employment credentials, or false qualifications
  • Creating fake employee identities or misrepresenting professional experience
  • Misrepresenting identity or affiliation with any person, company, or organization

3.2 Non-Consensual and Harmful Content

  • Creating non-consensual personal images or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Uploading or processing photos of another person without authorization
  • Creating content intended to harass, bully, or harm individuals
  • Creating content that incites violence or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, or protected characteristics
  • Creating sexualized images of real individuals or non-consensual intimate imagery

3.3 Illegal and Unlawful Activities

  • Conducting or facilitating illegal activities of any kind
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property or third-party rights
  • Creating content used for fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive advertising
  • Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctioned activities

3.4 Public Figures and Celebrities

  • Creating images of public figures, celebrities, politicians, or recognizable individuals to impersonate them
  • Suggesting endorsement or affiliation with public figures without written permission
  • Creating misleading content attributed to public figures
  • Spreading false information using the likeness of public figures

3.5 Deepfakes and Manipulation Abuse

  • Creating harmful deepfake content intended to deceive or defraud
  • Creating deceptive impersonation content for malicious purposes
  • Engaging in harmful reputation manipulation
  • Manipulating content in ways that violate privacy rights or cause harm

3.6 Platform and Security Abuse

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, extract, or copy our AI models, software, or platform technology
  • Using the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Engaging in automated scraping, bulk generation, or excessive API requests without authorization
  • Attempting to bypass content filters, usage limits, or security measures
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Service

4. User-Uploaded Content Requirements

By uploading photos or content to Mustmark Studio, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the uploaded images or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions
  • If the uploaded images contain any person other than yourself, you have obtained explicit written consent from that person for the processing and use
  • The uploaded content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party
  • The uploaded content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and the AI-generated images you create and use.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Users acknowledge that all images created through Mustmark Studio are generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence.

When using generated images, you agree:

  • Not to misrepresent AI-generated content as an authentic, unmodified photograph
  • To disclose AI assistance where authenticity is material or required by applicable law
  • To review generated outputs for accuracy and appropriateness before use
  • To accept that results may vary and are probabilistic in nature

6. Age Requirement

Mustmark Studio is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use the Service under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Individuals under the age of 13 may not use Mustmark Studio or submit any personal information, including photographs.

7. Commercial Usage Guidelines

Paid users may use AI-generated images for commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

  • Commercial use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Images may not be used for deceptive advertising or to make false claims
  • Usage must not infringe any third-party rights
  • Mustmark Studio retains no ownership over your generated outputs, subject to our rights under the Terms of Service

8. Enforcement and Consequences

Mustmark Studio reserves the right to take any action we deem necessary to enforce this AUP, including but not limited to:

  • Refusing or cancelling image generation requests
  • Removing or restricting access to content
  • Suspending or terminating user accounts, with or without notice
  • Refunding or revoking credits or subscription access, where permitted by law
  • Reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required

We may take action, without liability, when we determine in our reasonable judgment that content or usage violates this AUP, creates legal risk, or threatens user safety or platform integrity.

9. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, including unauthorized use, abusive content, or suspicious activity, please report it to us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, platform capabilities, or business requirements.
