Mustmark Studio provides AI-powered product scene generation services, including AI-generated e-commerce hero shots, lifestyle product visuals, and commercial product imagery.

Because our service involves digital content generation, AI processing, and third-party infrastructure costs, refunds are handled according to this Refund Policy.

By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or AI generation packages from Mustmark Studio, you agree to this policy.

2. Digital Services and AI Processing

Mustmark Studio provides digital AI-generated services.

When you purchase a plan or credits, your payment may be used for:

• AI model processing
• Cloud computing resources
• Image generation
• Storage
• Delivery of digital files

Once AI processing has started, the service is considered partially or fully delivered.

Therefore, purchases are generally non-refundable after generation begins.

3. Eligible Refund Requests

All refunds are issued as site credits — no cash refunds, charge reversals, or monetary returns are provided unless otherwise required by applicable law. Where Creem.io processes a statutory monetary refund required by consumer law, such refund will be coordinated by Creem.io directly.

A credit refund may be requested if you are not satisfied with the purchased service, provided ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 30 days of purchase (from the date of payment, not from the date of download or first use).
• No more than one (1) credit refund has already been issued for the same order.
• Fewer than 3 HD downloads have been redeemed against that specific order.

In addition, we may issue replacement credits for:

• Payments processed incorrectly or duplicate charges
• Service unavailability due to our technical failure
• Generation requests that cannot be completed due to system errors on our side

Refund requests for the reasons above must also be submitted within:

30 days of purchase

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds generally cannot be provided for:

• Completed AI generations or HD downloads you have already redeemed
• Orders from which you have already redeemed 3 or more HD downloads
• An order for which you have already received one (1) prior credit refund
• Used credits or expired credits
• Dissatisfaction caused by personal preference or subjective expectation mismatch
• Incorrect photo uploads or failure to follow upload instructions by the user

AI-generated images are created based on uploaded photos and selected preferences. Results may vary between generations.

5. Image Quality and Satisfaction

Mustmark Studio aims to provide realistic and professional-quality AI product scenes.

However, AI generation results depend on factors including:

• Quality of uploaded photos
• Lighting conditions
• Facial visibility
• Image angles
• User-selected styles

We cannot guarantee that every generated image will perfectly match user expectations.

If your results have significant technical issues, such as:

• Incorrect face generation
• Broken images
• Failed processing
• Severe visual artifacts

please contact support.

We may provide:

• Regeneration credits
• Additional processing attempts
• Alternative solutions

at our discretion.

6. Failed Generations

If AI generation fails due to technical reasons caused by Mustmark Studio or our service providers:

You may receive:

• Replacement credits
• Retry generation
• Service restoration

A refund may be considered if the service cannot be restored.

7. Subscription Cancellation

If Mustmark Studio offers subscription plans:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

• Stops future billing
• Does not refund previous payments
• Does not restore consumed credits

You may continue using remaining credits until expiration.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact:

9. Promotional Credits

Free credits, promotional credits, or trial credits:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be exchanged for refunds
